Books, Pewter Angels, The Angelic Letters Series
A reader’s response to “Pewter Angels”
Mr. Ripplinger:
I have just finished the 1st book of Pewter Angels and would like to know when the 2nd would be for sale. I truly loved the story of Jenny and Henry and cannot wait for the 2nd book to come out. I am an avid reader and love the fact that the setting is in Regina, and it is rare that you find such a lovely book to read. I loved the wisdom of Mr. Engelmann, and we should all be so lucky to have someone like him in our lives. If you would let me know I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you for your wonderful 1st book,
Darla Jakubowski

I read “Pewter Angel” on the beach in Jamaica. The setting of the book along with the ups & downs is certainly life in reality. I grew up in the area (a few years later) which drew me quickly into the setting and the vision was real. This book was one that I did not want to put down. My only disappointment is that the 2nd book is not out, I’m looking forward in reading the entire series.
Thank you Henry for such a loving and caring book. Congratulations of the publising and much deserved success.
I enjoyed this book, and did it for a personal novel study for English. The only problem I have is the emphasis on guardian angels – that everyone has one and that we must give praise to them – when in fact it is God we must give all our praise to. Angels are only servants of God and will only act if prayed for and are not appointed to everyone. I find it very misleading if this is taken as reality and not fiction. It would sadden me if someone were to believe these things about angels.
I usually don’t have much time to read but with Pewter Angels I could not wait to use any spare time to read it. I finished the book in a week and love the story and characters. I really hope book 2 is out soon as I am sitting in suspense and cannot get the story out of my mind. Does Henry and Jenny eventually get the letters with the Pewter Angels in them that Jenny’s dad is holding back????? These two love birds deserve to be together.
Mr. Ripplinger, please get book 2 out soon and please have books 3 to 5 ready just after.
Thank you for such a good read.
I’m ashamed to say that life’s busyness has not allowed me the time to read for about 20 years. That is till now.
I was at Henry’s to pick up something special for my wife and bought Pewter Angels more out of support with little intension on reading it, thinking that it would make a nice gift. WOW, WOW, WOW. It’s been a long time since something has taken me away on a journey that stimulated so many emotions on so many different levels. I actually drove down Broder St. to imagine what it was like. Crazy, no. Going to Ottawa would be crazy.
Please let me know when the next book will be available.
For now I’m going to work on the books revelations and turn them into actions.
Thanks for the blessing.
